Narrative:

I had called ground for taxi instructions. They said to use taxiway F to runway 27. I was at the FBO ramp; which is adjacent to taxiway F. Taxiway F and taxiway east meet at the approach end of runway 27. I taxied to the approach end of runway 27. Upon calling tower I was told to move away from the runway and I did back to the FBO ramp. I heard tower call another plane to go-around and that plane complied. This was my first departure from new and the particular setup of the FBO and taxiway in relation to runway 27 was confusing. I believe that clearer signs may have helped to mitigate this occurrence. The FBO ramp is in the southeast corner of the airport. Directly south of the approach end of runway 27.
