Narrative:
While flying at cruise altitude of 16;000; the controller instructed to us maintain 290. One minute later we were intructed to 'descend via the kooly 3 arrival; 7R transition'. The squez intersection has a speed of 250; we were intructed to do 290 and the next controller asked us if it was assigned [that speed] although the kooly 3 says 250.

Narrative: While flying at cruise altitude of 16;000; the Controller instructed to us maintain 290. One minute later we were intructed to 'descend via the KOOLY 3 arrival; 7R Transition'. The SQUEZ Intersection has a speed of 250; we were intructed to do 290 and the next Controller asked us if it was assigned [that speed] although the KOOLY 3 says 250.
