Narrative:

When destination ground crew offloaded our freighter aircraft; they discovered the departure ground crew had loaded several pallets in incorrect positions from what load planning had planned and accounted for. This resulted in the aircraft being flown in an out of cg condition.I have no idea where or why communications broke down between load planning and ground crew. The flight crew could have mitigated the error if we could cross check a form from the ground crew saying how the pallets were actually loaded against a message from load planning saying how the pallets should have been loaded.
