Narrative:

We had the airplane deiced after pushback with type 1. During takeoff; the 80-knot crosscheck was accomplished. The first officer announced 'V1' at V1-5. I crosschecked my airspeed indicator to see it red flagged and the needle was moving toward zero. Simultaneously; the altimeter was red flagged and the altitude alerter sounded. Immediately; I rejected the takeoff. We weighed approximately 98;800 pounds with 2;507 ft of stopping margin. It was obvious from the start of the reject; we had plenty of runway to stop. We rolled onto taxiway mike and held the brakes. No emergency was declared. The rejected takeoff checklist was accomplished; and we communicated with the flight attendants; passengers; maintenance; operations; and dispatch. Brake cooling was accomplished and we were towed to the gate. It could have been deicing fluid in the pitot-static system.
