Narrative:

Aircraft X landed on runway 26R and aircraft Y was told to line up and wait on runway 26R. Aircraft X was told to turn right and contact ground 121.8. I could sense the confusion so I asked aircraft X to verify parking on the north side of the field. He replied no he was parking at the concourse; but he was already on taxiway kilo. I thought I told aircraft X to turn left and hold short of runway 26R at the next intersection but I instructed him to hold short of runway 26L! He proceeded to cross runway 26R at K2 intersection with aircraft Y departing. Aircraft Y was able to get airborne by taxiway Z to avoid the accident! [I need to] pay closer attention to what I'm saying and listening for the read back of the pilot!

Title: Tower Controller reported instructing an aircraft to hold short of a runway. The taxiing aircraft read back the incorrect parallel runway and crossed the runway. The incorrect read back was missed; and a departing aircraft overflew the crossing traffic.
