Narrative:

Aircraft large transport intentionally 'jet blasted' this flight's aircraft. This incident was intentional and very hazardous to aircraft and personnel on the ground. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: incident happened at lga. Taxiway was soft and his aircraft was in line, 3 other air carrier ahead. Large transport in question had allowed considerable space and the tower requested he move up. No action taken immediately. Reporter noted smoke beginning to pour out of the large transport and as the line began to move up he felt buffeting on his aircraft and the large transport still emitting black smoke indicating high power. Aircraft tail was directed away from the terminal. As the reporter moved into the terminal he received the blast. Reported to the tower, who didn't want to get involved. Also to company management. Has had similar problems before with the carrier. Wants information in the data base since no one wants to take action.
