Narrative:

After walking around aircraft and performing prestart checks; chocks were removed and stair truck pulled away by two other mechanics. Engine number 1 was started; then number 2; then contacted ground control for taxi clearance. Taxi was started; brakes were checked; then heard 'thump.' at that point noticed [right-rear] R2-door light was on. Went to R2-door found it half open with two bags of ice on galley floor. Opened door and discovered supply truck on [it's] side with no sign of driver and damage to right-hand horizontal stab leading edge. Contacted supervisor; informed him of situation. Went out emergency exit and down [wing] flaps to find driver picking up cans and holding elbow. Sat him down and discovered supply truck was still running with diesel fuel leaking out. Called shop to request fire trucks to be called.

Title: Two mechanics report a cabin supply truck was knocked over on it's side at the right rear cabin service door 2R as they began to taxi from a deicing pad to a terminal gate. The B737-300 right-hand horizontal stab leading edge was damaged.
