Narrative:
While leaving the airport I noticed a private vehicle parked near the lower level terminal area with a portable FAA security identify on the glare shield. I suggest this type of identify be attached to the vehicle as a passer-by could easily steal the badge. This could be used for false identify purposes.

Title: FLT CREW OBSERVED AN FAA SECURITY PASS ON THE GLARE SHIELD OF AN UNLOCKED AUTO PARKED IN FRONT OF ANC INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL.
Narrative: WHILE LEAVING THE ARPT I NOTICED A PRIVATE VEHICLE PARKED NEAR THE LOWER LEVEL TERMINAL AREA WITH A PORTABLE FAA SECURITY IDENT ON THE GLARE SHIELD. I SUGGEST THIS TYPE OF IDENT BE ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE AS A PASSER-BY COULD EASILY STEAL THE BADGE. THIS COULD BE USED FOR FALSE IDENT PURPOSES.
