Narrative:

I was cleared for the ILS 29R to toa after the descent to 2;000 ft and established on the ILS. I intercepted the glide slope well prior to bason and somehow descended below 2;000 ft prior to reaching bason down to about 1;600 ft even though my glide slope reading was dead on. Either the transmitted glide slope is low or my indicator is wrong because the approach plate shows the slope signal crossing bason at 1;895 ft.
