Narrative:

Upon landing 16L at den we asked for and were granted a roll to the end clearance with instructions to join taxiway foxtrot and to contact ground control. When we talked with ground control they instructed us to taxi via foxtrot to taxiway bravo sierra and upon joining 'bs' to then contact ramp control for clearance to gate. A quick glance at the airport diagram did not immediately show taxiway 'bs' joining taxiway 'F'. I queried ground about 'bs' and told them that we could not find 'bs' on the airport diagram. During this discussion the captain and I both agreed that stopping the aircraft was prudent until such time we both felt comfortable with our situational awareness. We noticed on the ramp diagram that 'bs' did in fact exist but the diagram west bound did not show it joining 'F'. Further review did show 'bs' joining 'F' on the low visibility chart. Ground (politely) asked us if we did in fact take out our charts when taxiing around. I responded (politely) that yes we did and since both the captain and I had not been to den recently we had taken a good look at our expected taxi route but again reiterated that 'bs' did not exist on the 'airport diagram'. I am used to various nuances in the ramp area but found it very confusing that ground would give us instructions not indicated on the airport diagram. I am assuming this indicates a certain local (ground control) comfort level.
