Narrative:

Looking through status of our aircraft; I noticed a B757-200 with a #1 [captain's] window replacement for a shattered window. When the captain noticed arcing and delamination they shut the window heat off.two months earlier I did accomplish an engineering order that checked for delamination; security of wires and terminal lugs attached to the window. I and another avionics mechanic checked all six windows. All [terminal] screws were secured and only noticed that two protective caps on the terminal lugs of the #2 sliding right and left windows were missing. I found two caps in the lead's office and installed them. After looking at the engineering order again; it is possible that the o-rings; washers and lockwashers were overlooked.
