Narrative:
On takeoff at msy runway 19 we observed a kc-135 go around on runway 10 directly in front of us. The kc-135 was close but we did not get a TCAS alert. Continued flight to our destination was normal.

Title: A late re-issued takeoff clearance for a B737 departing Runway 19 at MSY resulted in a traffic conflict with a KC-135 making a go around from an approach to Runway 10.
Narrative: On takeoff at MSY Runway 19 we observed a KC-135 go around on Runway 10 directly in front of us. The KC-135 was close but we did not get a TCAS alert. Continued flight to our destination was normal.
