Narrative:
I descended an E135 from FL200 to 8;000. I overlooked a point out I took earlier on a BE30. When I noticed the BE30; I stopped the E135 at FL190 and turned the aircraft to a heading of 270 to pass behind the BE30. The BE30 was climbing out of 17;000 ft to FL190. I asked the seca sector to stop the BE30 at FL180. The seca controller stated he was not talking to the BE30 any longer; so I climbed the E145 back up to FL200.
