Narrative:

Routine flight; I received a radio patch from flight. They could not reach commercial radio and requested I help. I got the patch but had to relay between the two. It was decided to emergency divert to [a nearby suitable airport]. We coordinated all details with FBO. Right after everything was worked out with flight; I got another call from a flight in the same area with the same radio issues; and then a call for help with a misbehaving passenger. Bottom line is I forgot to amend the release for the flight; and yes; I did get help from my associates.
