Narrative:

Upon lining up on runway 33R we received a body gear steering EICAS message. This is not unusual. I told the first officer to pull forward; and to continue the takeoff. As the body gear centers the EICAS message normally goes away; but in this case it remained illuminated and we got a takeoff configuration warning. The takeoff was aborted at about 35 KTS. We had no negative results as a result of the aborted takeoff. We returned to the gate and were met by maintenance.
