Narrative:
I was taxing down the runway to the south for a departure to the north on runway 01. Due to the tailwind (at 15 mph) and slight slope of the runway; I apparently allowed the aircraft to gain more than its normal taxi speed. I realized that I was approaching the end of the runway and attempted to brake and avoid running off the end of the runway. I was unable to see directly over the nose of the aircraft due to its three point attitude (conventional gear). The airplane's tail moved vertically; was caught by the tailwind; and the airplane went over on the nose and then its back. I exited the aircraft with no injuries.
