Narrative:

Ran out of nose down trim during all phases of flight. Upon landing at destination airport discovered that cargo compartment had been loaded above maximum allowable weight. The crew had not been given the actual load so that all the baggage could be loaded. This is a standard practice at this company with no action being taken by management when it is reported. The FAA needs to take steps to make the company liable for proper load information under part 135 flight operations. The company does not allow the flight crew to verify load information under fear of job loss. This situation creates a danger to the crew and the flying public.
