Narrative:
Unlit numerous cranes and windmill towers (windmill farm under construction) the coordinates are the northern most pad N40;31.35 W078;28.75 thru the southern most pad of N40;30.50 W078;29.00 and ranging two miles either side of the line. The towers are starting to be erected there are 3 or 4 windmill towers up now. Numerous cranes at 400 ft AGL; setting windmill towers approximately 5 miles west of the base on the ridge without flags or lights the cranes are up continuously. Place flags and lights on the cranes while construction is under completion also lights on the windmill towers.
