Narrative:

During en route portion of flight we were assigned a heading by ATC for traffic. As we came to a turn in the arwy the captain turned off the assigned heading. ATC asked us if we were still on assigned heading. We replied no and immediately turned back to assigned heading. During descent we were assigned 12000' and 250 KTS at 30 DME northeast of orlando VOR. As we approached the restriction point it was obvious we were not going to be able to be at 250 KTS. When I asked the captain he said we will be slowed in a few mi. We hit the restriction at 340 KTS and it took 8 more mi to slow to 250 KTS. ATC did not ask us our speed. During taxi in at atlanta hartsfield we were told to hold short of taxiway C on echo. When we got to C the captain turned onto charlie and held short of runway 26L. The ground controller questioned us and then allowed us to cross the active to the gate. All of these instances occurred with the other 2 crewmembers questioning the captain's actions. He chose to disregard and operate according to his own recollection of the clearance.
