Narrative:

During the turn from downwind to base for the visual approach to the runway; the flaps failed to extend from the up position. Approach kept us on vectors southwest of the field for the duration. We completed the required QRH checklists allowing us to configure for a flaps 15 landing. After consulting with our dispatcher; we continued for an uneventful flaps 15 landing on the runway. An emergency was not declared.
