Narrative:
While at ramp and after aborted flight due to right fuel cap coming loose on takeoff; on subsequent right engine start; apparently fuel fumes ignited for approximately 2-3 seconds causing damage to the right wing. Cause of this occurrence could have been prevented by a better designed locking mechanism for the beechcraft type fuel caps.
