Narrative:

A B767-300 aircraft had a maintenance a-check performed. During the check of the pylon drains; the aircraft mechanic found the number one aft pylon drain tube plugged and the alcohol would not drain [down through the tube]. After further investigation and more alcohol had been poured into the aft section of number one pylon the fluid seeped into the internal area of the pylon lower heat shield and leaked from the sheet metal seams.
