Narrative:

Arrived at aex for the first time in several months. I noticed that the gate lead-in line was never painted as promised several months before. I suspect it was to save money. Painted markings are essential for safe taxiing. The aex gate lacks such markings and has lacked them ever since the station opened. Managers from station on up; should be aware that those markings are nice to have in broad daylight; but become critical to aircraft safety at night or in low visibility conditions. All ground mishaps are preventable and failing to provide proper taxi markings is asking for trouble.
