Narrative:

Du (display unit) mfd (multifunction display) #2 failed at cruise. We ran the checklist and could not regain the du; crew decided to return to have the aircraft repaired before proceeding with the flight. The flight was uneventful; landed at a nearby airport. Called cessna service center; after checking MEL (we could go with one du inoperative); weather (VFR conditions present for the next leg) decide to reposition the aircraft to cessna's facility. In flight; the du EICAS (engine indicating and crew alerting system) display failed too; we ran the checklist and could not regain the du; few minutes later the du pfd (primary flight display) #2 flickered few times but it returned to service. Arrived at the airport in VFR conditions and placed the aircraft at cessna service center where it was repaired (the 3 du's were replaced) and returned to service by the service center.
