Narrative:

On a right downwind for 19R sna heading 020 at 3000 ft MSL; a brilliant green flash came through my front side window. I glanced out the window and could see a very bright green laser beam moving in tight circles being directed at our aircraft from the ground at our 3 o'clock position. I estimate the laser was 2-3 miles off our right side. I immediately looked away and reported it to socal approach. We were the second aircraft to get lazed in a 10 minute period. We landed 19R uneventfully. After deplaning I was approached by orange county law enforcement and made a report.
