Narrative:
Enroute at FL330; we received a level 2 oil quantity alert for engine number 2. Per our QRH; we monitored the oil quantity as it decreased toward '0'. At that point; the oil pressure began to drop toward '0' as well. We shut down the number 2 engine per our QRH and requested to proceed to a nearby airport. An emergency was declared. At FL240; we dumped approximately 15;000 pounds of fuel. An uneventful landing was made. Following an inspection from the fire department; we proceeded to our ramp.
