Narrative:

After takeoff center informed us that aircraft taking off behind us reported seeing debris on runway coming from our aircraft. Tire damage was suspected. All indications in cockpit were normal and with concurrence of dispatcher we elected to continue to destination. I had briefed flight attendants to 'prepare the cabin' in case of tire failure. Upon touchdown it was apparent that right main tire was abnormal. Later in the roll out both main tires failed. We deplaned passengers with airstairs and bussed them to terminal. There was [damage to] gear; door; flap and [a] dent underside of wing.
