Narrative:

Aircraft had number 1 bleed deferred for eng 1 hp valve fault...on climbout passing 7;000 ft number 2 bleed faulted and ECAM message displayed...reset faulted number 2 bleed and malfunction cleared...later the fault returned and temp on pre-cooler displayed amber with a temp of 265 C...with no viable bleed source I coordinated a level off with ATC at 13;000 with a return to our departure airport...once clear of the mountains coordinated a descent to 9;000 ft...cabin altitude never exceeded 4;500...uneventful landing and taxi to gate.
