At FL370 #1 engine lost power with no prior indications or warnings. Declared an emergency and diverted to an airport which was approximately 75NM ahead. We completed all appropriate checklists and landed single engine with no problems.

Narrative: At FL370 #1 engine lost power with no prior indications or warnings. Declared an emergency and diverted to an airport which was approximately 75NM ahead. We completed all appropriate checklists and landed single engine with no problems.
