Narrative:

During takeoff at 600 AGL during right turn to heading 200; the #3 engine fire warning sounded for about 5 seconds. This was accompanied by #3 hydraulic fail and #3 engine fadec maintenance alert. We dumped about 85;000 pounds of fuel and returned. All indications were normal for #3 engine except for slightly higher fuel flow; oil temp; and egt. Elected not to shut down the engine and landed uneventfully. An emergency was declared.

Title: MD11 Captain experienced momentary engine fire indication shortly after takeoff; accompanied by hydraulic and FADEC anomalies. Crew elected to keep the engine running; declare an emergency; dump fuel and return to the departure airport.
