Narrative:
During takeoff at 600 AGL during right turn to heading 200; the #3 engine fire warning sounded for about 5 seconds. This was accompanied by #3 hydraulic fail and #3 engine fadec maintenance alert. We dumped about 85;000 pounds of fuel and returned. All indications were normal for #3 engine except for slightly higher fuel flow; oil temp; and egt. Elected not to shut down the engine and landed uneventfully. An emergency was declared.

Narrative: During takeoff at 600 AGL during right turn to heading 200; the #3 ENG FIRE WARNING sounded for about 5 seconds. This was accompanied by #3 HYD FAIL and #3 ENG FADEC MAINT alert. We dumped about 85;000 LBS of fuel and returned. All indications were normal for #3 engine except for slightly higher fuel flow; oil temp; and EGT. Elected not to shut down the engine and landed uneventfully. An Emergency was declared.
