Narrative:
During climbout; I lost all information on my flight instruments. Autopilot and autothrottles disengaged. I returned visually to land at the departure airport. Loss of information on EFIS. I transferred control of the aircraft to the first officer. Failure of #1 central air data computer.

Title: MD80 Captain experiences loss of pitot static information on his EFIS display shortly after takeoff. The First Officer assumes flying duties and returns safely to the departure airport.
