Narrative:
Maintenance had changed the #4 engine before the flight. Approximately 800' AGL still in takeoff confign, #4 engine fire warning received. Normal takeoff procedure followed until aircraft cleaned up. After takeoff phase completed, engine fire warning procedure completed and #4 engine shutdown. Dumped approximately 43000# of fuel. Engine out approach and landing completed uneventfully.

Narrative: MAINT HAD CHANGED THE #4 ENG BEFORE THE FLT. APPROX 800' AGL STILL IN TKOF CONFIGN, #4 ENG FIRE WARNING RECEIVED. NORMAL TKOF PROC FOLLOWED UNTIL ACFT CLEANED UP. AFTER TKOF PHASE COMPLETED, ENG FIRE WARNING PROC COMPLETED AND #4 ENG SHUTDOWN. DUMPED APPROX 43000# OF FUEL. ENG OUT APCH AND LNDG COMPLETED UNEVENTFULLY.
