Narrative:

Maintenance had changed the #4 engine before the flight. Approximately 800' AGL still in takeoff confign, #4 engine fire warning received. Normal takeoff procedure followed until aircraft cleaned up. After takeoff phase completed, engine fire warning procedure completed and #4 engine shutdown. Dumped approximately 43000# of fuel. Engine out approach and landing completed uneventfully.
