Narrative:

I fly part 135 [from] anchorage. On a flight; ATC advised me of a super cub that wasn't where he was supposed to be and not talking to anyone and had just had a near miss with a 737 climbing out of anc; and since I had the super cub in sight; I asked if they needed a tail number for him. The controller stated they would appreciate it and I attempted to get his tail number; but could not do so consistent with safety. The other pilot saw me as I was approaching from his rear and to his right; and turned away. I discontinued attempting to identification him and continued to my destination.
