Narrative:

3 hours 30 minutes into the flight; while checking the system status via the lower ECAM; we noticed that the yellow hydraulic quantity had fallen to just above the low level mark. We contacted dispatch and maintenance control to discuss the problem. During the call the ECAM hydraulic Y rsvr lo lvl illuminated. The decision was made to divert. An uneventful approach and landing was made and on postflight inspection a copious amount of hydraulic fluid was found to be leaking from the main landing gear doors.

Title: An A320 flight crew diverted to an enroute airport when the Yellow System Hydraulic fluid low level ECAM message was displayed. Post flight inspection provided visual evidence of the loss of fluid.
