Narrative:

Entered pattern on the 45 as advised by tower. Mid-field set flaps then performed gump check. I was cleared to land and turned base to short final. Traffic was busy and many aircraft ready for departure. I was on final and did a quick scan with the sun in my eyes. I do remember that the landing gear switch was down; don't remember if the light was on. Looking to make sure the aircraft on the ground did not pull out in front of me (this has happened before); I landed the aircraft on its belly. Upon rescue effort; the ops manager of the airport saw that the landing gear was partially dropped. He did take pictures of this.
