Narrative:

A beech 400A aircraft was released from maintenance following the replacement of the horizontal stabilizer pitch trim actuator upon examination of the part's 8130-3 [tag] it was noted the unit's condition was 'repaired'. The 8130-3 [tag] noted the part already had a time of 1782.6; the unit's time between overhaul (tbo) is 1800 hours. This didn't seem correct that a part with only 17.4 hours before overhaul would be put back into service. I had thought that the status on the 8130-3 was a typo and should have been overhauled instead of repaired.I tried to contact the part overhaul facility; xx aviation systems; and was only able to leave voice mail and did not receive a return phone call. I was able to get a hold of xx's parts department to determine the status of the unit installed on our aircraft. At that time it was determined that the unit was indeed repaired and not overhauled and had been installed with only 17.4 hours due before overhaul. When this determination was made the aircraft was en route to ZZZ and the part's tbo had been overflown by 0.3 hours when the aircraft landed.to avoid a future recurrence of this event; all replaced part's times and airworthy information will be entered into our maintenance tracking and compliance computer system at time of installation; even if there appears to be a discrepancy in the information provided. Once entered; the question can be addressed in a timely manner without the assumption of any paperwork errors and proper times will be tracked on any necessary parts.

Title: While reviewing the Maintenance paperwork of a Horizontal Stabilizer Pitch Trim Actuator that was repaired and installed by an outside Repair Facility on their company Beech Hawker-400A; a Quality Assurance Mechanic noted the Trim Actuators 8130-3 tag indicated only 17.4 hours remained before a required overhaul. After several days and attempts to reach the repair Facility; the BE-400A had overflown the actuator hours.
