Narrative:
On the takeoff roll; I noted the #2 prop RPM was at 1215 RPM. I called for the reject; assumed control of the aircraft; brought both power levers to disc and I used a moderate amount of braking to exit the runway. The reject was initiated at 80 knots. After exiting the runway; the parking brake was set and the first officer coordinated with operations to find us a gate. I spoke with the passengers and instructed them to remain seated. Upon gate arrival dispatch and maintenance were called. The prop was written up; and after the speeder screw was adjusted we ran the aircraft up with successful results. The flight departed again about 2 hours late with no problems.
