Narrative:
I was assigned to replace the first officer's windshield on a B777-200 aircraft. Since this is a pre-engineering order (eo) windshield; the eo had to be accomplished. This eo is a 'pending airworthiness directive (ad).' the engineering order references the B777 maintenance manual for the windshield replacement. This reference has a circuit breaker location for the right-hand windshield that does not exist. Of the circuit breakers instructed to pull and collar on the P200 right power panel; row B; column 4 doesn't exist on aircraft. Since the circuit breaker has the same equipment number as the other circuit breaker on the P200 in the maintenance manual; I assume this breaker has varying locations depending on the aircraft's configuration. List effectivity of circuit breakers for the P200 in the maintenance manual; as well as the P100 for left-hand windshield replacement.

Title: A Line Mechanic reports an Engineering Order issued by his Air Carrier to be accomplished during replacement of a First Officer's forward windshield on a B777; also required pulling and collaring a circuit breaker that didn't exist in the P-200 right power panel. A lack of an effectivity list of circuit breakers depending on aircraft configuration also an issue.
