Narrative:

Landing was on center line of runway xx and was uneventful. The right main tire went flat as lift was being lost and I was unable to stay on runway. The aircraft went on grass about 10 feet from runway. Grass was saturated and wheels went into mud. Prop struck grass. I was unaware that the annual inspection was due the same day that the flight occurred. Therefore the aircraft was out of annual by one day.

Narrative: Landing was on center line of Runway XX and was uneventful. The right main tire went flat as lift was being lost and I was unable to stay on runway.
