Narrative:
An MU2 was issued and read back the NOTWN2 departure. It consists of a right turn when intercepting the LAS311R outbound. The MU2 turned left inbound towards las. This has been an ongoing problem. A statement has been included on our ATIS to alert pilots to review the departure procedure and has not improved the problem.

Narrative: An MU2 was issued and read back the NOTWN2 Departure. It consists of a right turn when intercepting the LAS311R outbound. The MU2 turned left inbound towards LAS. This has been an ongoing problem. A statement has been included on our ATIS to alert pilots to review the departure procedure and has not improved the problem.
