Narrative:

Surry and parso sectors combined. NOTAMS were printed at sector 16. NOTAMS described a rocket launch taking place at 4500 ft and below. The location description was the issue. Location depicted as the MLT205020.5 or 6.5 NM north of lrg (lincoln; me airport). I plotted out those two fixes on my radar display and discovered they were not co-located. Those two fixes were approximately 12 NM apart. The southern fix was in another; (bgr approach); airspace. I alerted the flm (front line manager) of the situation and asked for clarification of the rocket launch site. Make the private FSS company accountable for every mistake they make. After filing dozens of trouble reports on the miserable performance of the private FSS; I know longer have confidence in the private FSS companies abilities to deliver the same level of performance the FAA FSS did. Air traffic controllers jobs should not be to continually identify; record; and report the private FSS mistakes so all this private FSS company has to do is say 'whoops sorry; we have taken steps for that not to happen any more'! Controllers deserve feedback on the private FSS companies' performance issues.
