Narrative:
Number one engine reverser fault. I only installed the reverser pins for number one engine. I never entered the cockpit to collar circuit breaker. Outcome was number two engine reverser did not deploy in ZZZ; because fellow mechanic that I was working with; pulled reverser breakers for both engines.

Title: Two Mechanics report about their involvement with a #2 engine thrust reverser failure to deploy on landing. Only the #1 engine reverser was suppose to have been deferred and a lock-out pin installed on the B757-200 aircraft.
Narrative: Number one engine reverser fault. I only installed the reverser pins for number one engine. I never entered the cockpit to collar circuit breaker. Outcome was number two engine reverser did not deploy in ZZZ; because fellow Mechanic that I was working with; pulled reverser breakers for both engines.
