Narrative:

Belief was that light weight wheel assemblies were previously removed from tire inventory. Inadvertently obtained light weight replacement tire assembly (with shipping covers installed) from supply rack. Moved tire to outside ramp (dark and rainy) and performed wheel/tire replacement. At beginning of shift the next day; found item deferred for rim part number problem. I contacted management to report this information.
