Jfk to ZZZ J230 larri to grahm. Software inserts [waypoint] THS04. Navigation display shows a left turn without connecting to anything and no discontinuity. At THS04 the aircraft starts a left turn. I don't know to where or how far it would have turned.

Title: An A320 Captain reported his FMC deviated from J230 between LARRI and GRAHM; starting a left turn with no downline waypoint and no discontinuity.
Narrative: JFK to ZZZ J230 LARRI to GRAHM. Software inserts [waypoint] THS04. Navigation display shows a left turn without connecting to anything and no discontinuity. At THS04 the aircraft starts a left turn. I don't know to where or how far it would have turned.
