Narrative:

I work in the door and linkage shop at ZZZ. It has just come to my attention that an elevator actuator link assembly I overhauled may have had the clevis bearing removed at the machine shop for other maintenance and then reinstalled possibly without being torqued. This part went into service approximately three weeks ago. The actuator link came into the shop with several links at the same time. It was abnormal to see a large number of them come in at the same time. Normally when the parts come back from the machine shop the clevis bearings are not installed; but in this case it was installed. I do not know if the torque was checked on the clevis bearing or not.
