Narrative:
Ground coordinated a runway crossing at taxiway bravo. The ground controller was busy with his traffic, and the crossing at taxiway bravo was delayed. My attention was directed to a flow time to lax that was going to depart runway 1R at intersection of runway 25. I cleared an aircraft for takeoff on runway 1R concerned about the flow time aircraft was holding short of runway 1R. I thought the aircraft crossing at bravo was complete when I cleared the aircraft for takeoff on runway 1R.

Title: CONFLICT BETWEEN CORP JET CROSSING RWY WHILE ACR CLEARED FOR TKOF SAME RWY. LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.
Narrative: GND COORDINATED A RWY XING AT TAXIWAY BRAVO. THE GND CTLR WAS BUSY WITH HIS TFC, AND THE XING AT TAXIWAY BRAVO WAS DELAYED. MY ATTN WAS DIRECTED TO A FLOW TIME TO LAX THAT WAS GOING TO DEPART RWY 1R AT INTERSECTION OF RWY 25.
