Narrative:
EICAS displayed caution of #1 engine thrust reverser disagree. Aborted takeoff. During abort; I utilized thrust reversers. #1 engine reverser indicated an amber rev and #2 indicated a green rev. Discussed with maintenance. Suspect partial or incomplete seating of reverser or deployment. Maintenance indicated there were some problems with false indicators but the onboard maintenance on the multi-function display (mfd) showed instances of partial or low deployment or retraction.

Title: An EMB145 Captain rejected a takeoff after the EICAS alerted a number one engine Thrust Reverser Disagree and the Amber REV light illuminated.
Narrative: EICAS displayed caution of #1 ENG Thrust Reverser Disagree. Aborted Takeoff. During abort; I utilized thrust reversers. #1 Engine Reverser indicated an amber REV and #2 indicated a green REV. Discussed with Maintenance. Suspect partial or incomplete seating of Reverser or deployment.
