During cruise at 37;000 feet; the altitude warning horn sounded. We initiated rapid depressurization procedures followed by emergency descent procedures. We descended to 10;000 feet without incident. Approach and landing at our diversion airport were without incident. No passengers on board. Five crew members were on board. One charter service passenger was on board. No injuries.
