Narrative:

At completion of approach to NDB runway 17 the intent was to make a full stop landing. At the MDA/time expiration point the instrument indication 'break right to land.' I heard 'break right' and began missed approach with full power and retracted the gear immediately for the missed approach. He then said, 'this is to be a full stop landing.' at this time I added full flaps to go from MDA to runway and aligned with runway 17 (I did not put the landing gear down). My first knowledge of this fact was the propeller strike. My instrument and I discussed this after the incident and determined that anytime an approach plan is changed for any cause, reinitiate the checklist. Another gump check at this point would have saved the day and avoided the gear up landing.
