Narrative:

While accomplishing a maintenance job card; I failed to observe a step to install gear pins. Found during audit process; audit discovered that gear pins were checked to have been installed and no logbook entry accompanied the paperwork. Subject to human factors (HF) norms; during (our) line engine runs and towing; the norm is to 'not' install gear pins. I need to be more cognizant of steps accomplished and signed for on job cards.

Narrative: While accomplishing a Maintenance Job Card; I failed to observe a step to install Gear Pins. Found during audit process; audit discovered that Gear Pins were checked to have been installed and no Logbook entry accompanied the paperwork. Subject to Human Factors (HF) norms; during (our) Line Engine runs and Towing; the norm is to 'Not' install Gear Pins. I need to be more cognizant of steps accomplished and signed for on Job Cards.
